Product Description: The upper construction of these shoes features synthetic overlays stitched into the breathable mesh upper in strategic areas, providing added support and durability.
These shoes are designed with a tread pattern that is suitable for wearing on concrete or trail surfaces. The outsole lugs have been re-engineered to help runners generate better traction on uphill and downhill sections of a trail.
GEL technology is incorporated into the shoes, placing cushioning directly under the rearfoot for excellent shock absorption at the runner's point of impact.

Different foot types and how they contact the ground: - Underpronation: The outside of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with minimal pronation, causing shock to the lower leg. Pressure is experienced on the outer toes. This foot type is associated with high arches and may lead to injuries such as plantar fasciitis, shin splints, and ankle strain.
Neutral foot type: The foot lands on the outside of the heel and then rolls inward, absorbing impact on the body. Pressure is evenly distributed from the front of the foot during push-off. This foot type has normal-size arches and is less likely to be prone to injuries due to effective shock absorption, although it is not impossible.
Overpronation: The foot lands on the outside of the heel and then rolls inward, transferring excess weight. Pressure is mainly experienced on the big toe and second toe during push-off. This foot type is associated with low arches or flat feet and may lead to injuries such as shin splints, plantar fasciitis, bunions, and heel spurs.
